Translate This Page Battlefield 3 Review: Battlefield 3, the first person shooter game that dives into a realistic war environment. Developed by EA Digital Illusions CE and published by Electronic Arts. Battlefield 3 offers amazing first person action in one of the most intense war environments ever seen in Iraq. With clips in first person that drag you straight into the story and immediate gun fights, complemented with top range visual surroundings, sound effects and realistic movements. Released in North America on the 25th October 2011 and in Europe on the 28th October 2011, Battlefield 3 has the capability to “WOW” us with the modern technology. You will be pleased to know that it has. The game guides the player through a personal story line of Sgt. Blackburn, who tells the story himself. Battlefield 3 throws the gamer straight into action with an action pact tutorial mission and 1st mission. The player gets to experience what this hell hole of a battlefield environment would feel like and has to act quickly while bullets and granades fly over their head. There is a fair amount of adult vocabulary and gore but nothing players the correct age can’t handle. As if the single player campaign isn’t enough, EA has included an even more action pact online multiplayer mode, where players can team up or play against friends, pilot fighter jets, drive cars, tanks, boats you name it! In conclusion, Battlefield 3 has really out done it’s self and more than likely fulfilled most players expectactions. The games effects and story line really pull the players in and lets them experience a whole new world on the battlefield. Battlefield 3 definately deserves an 8/10 in our books, can they do better with number 4? |
